Most people are told to “build a bundle.”

Most people are told to “build a bundle.”
Very few are told how to understand their situation first.
And that’s where things go wrong.
When someone faces financial harm, the instruction is usually:
→ Gather your documents→ Organise your evidence→ Submit your case
But here’s the problem:
A bundle doesn’t create clarity. It only organises what’s already clear.
What we’re seeing in Get SAFE is this:
People aren’t struggling because they lack documents.
They’re struggling because:
The story isn’t clear yet
The timeline is fragmented
The meaning of documents is uncertain
The issue itself hasn’t been fully defined
So they rush to bundle…Before they’re ready.
The result?
More confusion.More stress. And often, weaker outcomes.
We’ve started using a simple question:
“If someone read this without you in the room—would they understand what happened?”
If the answer is no, you’re not ready to bundle.
And that’s okay.
We’ve created a simple “Ready to Bundle” framework to help people move from:
Confusion → ClarityOverwhelm → StructureReaction → Control
Before they engage formal processes.
This is where real agency starts.
Not in the system.
But in the individual’s ability to think clearly about their own situation.
If you’re working with clients, cases, or complaints:
This shift matters more than most people realise.
Curious how others are seeing this.
Are people being asked to present cases… before they truly understand them?
