Yes—his behaviour was appalling.But the deeper truth is this:
A system that:
Detects harm only after mass damage
Rewards conflicted advice
Lets evidence destruction go unnoticed
Caps victim compensation
Allows perpetrators to hide assets
Acts years too late
…is not fit for purpose.
This case didn’t just expose one man. It exposed a structurally untrustworthy framework.
