Fellowship

A safe place to connect — when you’re ready

The Get SAFE Fellowship is a calm, supportive online space for people who’ve been affected by financial harm — and for those who want to walk alongside them.

This is not a forum for arguing or fixing everything at once.
It’s a place to feel less alone.

You can join quietly.

You can read without posting.

You can take part only when it feels right.

Get SAFE (Support After Financial Exploitation)

Public·3 members

Transparency Task Force Fellowship

A safe, confidential support group — for those seeking hope, help, and healing

This TTF Fellowship group is for people whose lives have been negatively impacted by difficult or unjust experiences and who are looking for understanding, support, and a way forward.

Members include people who have:

  • suffered serious financial hardship due to financial crime, exploitation, or catastrophic regulatory failure

  • acted as whistleblowers, and experienced personal, professional, or emotional harm as a result of speaking truth to power

Why the group exists

Our shared purpose is to:

  • share lived experience, knowledge, and insight

  • offer encouragement, understanding, and peer support

  • provide practical guidance to help maximise the chances of rebuilding a fulfilling and secure future

The group works to help prevent and manage hardship that has arisen from systemic failure, injustice, or abuse of power.

Health, dignity, and justice

For the public benefit, the Fellowship aims to:

  • support mental wellbeing, particularly where psychological or social harm has occurred

  • provide a safe and confidential space for mutual support

  • advance education to support informed decision-making about future financial security

  • promote human and social rights, including fair treatment and access to justice

How it works

  • 📅 Weekly Zoom meetings

  • Thursdays at 1:00pm (UK time)

  • ⏱ One hour

  • Attendance is optional each week — join when it feels right for you

Next step

If you’re interested in joining, please complete a short questionnaire so we can confirm suitability and protect the safety of the group. We’ll be back in touch as soon as possible.

Thank you for your interest — and for taking a step toward support and healing.

Support & Information Notice

Get SAFE provides free, independent support for people affected by financial exploitation.

We help you get organised, understand what’s happened, and think clearly before anything becomes legal.

We do not give legal, financial, medical, or professional advice, and we do not act as lawyers or claims managers.

Everything here is pre-legal support.

If you later need a solicitor or other professional, we encourage you to seek regulated advice.

Get SAFE is independent of banks, lenders, insurers, and regulators, and has no conflicts of interest.

We are here to support you, not institutions.

Get SAFE is a charitable support project, fiscally hosted by the Academy of Life Planning, which provides financial oversight.

Get SAFE remains independent in how support is delivered.

If you are in immediate danger or crisis, please contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.

We treat personal information with care.
